Role-Space is a model that has been designed and developed to encourage collaboration for interpreted interactions to allow negotiation for what is optimal for specific situations and/or on-going interactions to maximise success. Since Role-Space is intentionally interactive, the Community of Practice paradigm (Wenger (1998) and those following) is well-suited as a mechanism to how discuss Role-Space can be defined before, during and reflectively, after interactions.
If you are interested in starting a Role-Space Community of Practice, or integrating the model into your current Professional Supervision or Continuing Professional Development, please contact us to discuss options: contact@rolespace.online
